KEITH HUBER, CFP
Keith is president and a founding principal of HCMR. Keith has been a professional in the financial services industry since 1985. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Geological Engineering from Texas A&M University and attended The London School of Business. Keith is a graduate of the College of Financial Planning earning his CFP® designation, and is board certified by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He served in the US Army Corps of Engineers as a commissioned officer stationed in France and Germany. He then spent more than 20 years in upper management for a multi-national oil services company, running the overseas operations. Keith’s intensive educational, military, and executive background have fine-tuned his ability, as a financial advisor, to design and implement logical, problem-solving, and goal-oriented strategies for his clients. Keith is an avid outdoor sportsman, a gourmet chef, and connoisseur of fine wine.
IAN CARDONO
Ian is a founding principal of HCMR and oversees investment selections and portfolio manager performance reviews. He served in the US Army as a Sergeant E-5 stationed in Germany. Ian received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Florida in 1967. He worked at Arthur Young in Atlanta, Georgia and in 1970 moved to Houston to join Arthur Anderson, where he completed his CPA designation. His extensive taxation background is a powerful resource for HCMR clients. Ian is also well versed in the analysis of complex investment vehicles including real estate and oil programs, limited partnerships, and business structures. Ian and his wife, Beth, are very active in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
DAVE MORING, JD, CLU, CFBS
Dave Moring is a founding principal of HCMR. He has been a practicing attorney and financial services professional for nearly 30 years and is HCMR’s general counsel. Dave received his Bachelors degree from Georgia Tech University and his law degree from the University of Houston Law School. He earned his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and his CFBS (Certified Family Business Specialist), a masters level program, from the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA. Dave’s financial expertise and legal perspectives are invaluable tools that guide our clients through the complex waters of asset protection, business structuring, business succession, estate planning, and executive compensation.
